GEM serves as the primary contractor for all electrical and cabling design/teladata systems, infrared scanning, installation, solar array electrical and ongoing maintenance. Handling new construction as well as existing building renovations, for both commercial or heavy industrial, GEMâs team is responsible for:
- Lighting fixtures
- Switches and receptaclesÂ
- Panels and switchgear that connect a facility to a power source
- The wiring that makes all of the systems work together
Our services and experience cover:  power distribution, site utilities, medium voltage, life safety, substations and maintenance, working in hazardous locations, instrumentation and controls, generators, UPS systems, security and camera systems.
