Rudolph Libbe Inc. has promoted Mike Mutscheller to Vice President of Construction Operations, President Jeffrey Schaller said. RLI offers a complete range of project delivery methods including general contracting, design/build and construction management as part of The Rudolph Libbe Group of Companies.
Mutscheller is a 28-year RLI associate who has seen increased responsibility over the years, including for the company’s numerous large-scale projects with First Solar, both in Northwest Ohio and out of state. Other projects Mutscheller had responsibility for include buildings for Campbell Soup Co. in Napoleon, Ohio; the ProMedica Neurosciences Institute in Toledo, ProMedica’s Medical Office Building 2 in Perrysburg, Ohio; Hollywood Casino Toledo and the KUKA/New Jeep Supplier Park in Toledo.
“Mike has built a strong foundation for this leadership role through his dedication, expertise and consistent contributions across the company,” said RLI President Jeff Schaller. “His ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients has resulted in many repeat business opportunities, reinforcing our reputation for excellence and reliability.”
Mutscheller started his career at RLI as a co-op in 1997 and has held positions with increasing levels of responsibility ever since. He was promoted to Director of Project Management in 2013 and promoted to Project Executive in 2021.
Mutscheller is a graduate of the University of Toledo and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in structural engineering.
