Rudolph Libbe Properties has promoted Kyle Dodd to Manager, Site Selection & Incentives. Rudolph Libbe Properties, one of the Rudolph Libbe Group of Companies, provides comprehensive corporate real estate brokerage services, specializing in site selection and incentive negotiation.
Dodd is an eight-year Rudolph Libbe Group associate who has seen increased responsibility over the years. He has supported large-scale projects for First Solar, Kenworth Truck Company, Ford, Jones Hamilton, Lucas County, and many others.
“Kyle’s experience in helping our customers acquire the right property and then expertly negotiating incentives is an indispensable component of our business strategy,” Rudolph Libbe Properties Vice President Rod Bowe said. “He will have added responsibilities to make sure Rudolph Libbe customers receive great value for our services and achieve their business goals.”
Dodd started his career with RLG in May 2017 as a Business Development Manager. Leveraging this experience as well as his prior experience in economic development, he transitioned to a new role as Real Estate & Economic Development Advisor in January 2022.
Dodd is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Urban & Regional Planning and Business Administration. Dodd and his family live in Perrysburg, Ohio.
