Dalton Landers, of Toledo, has been promoted to commercial group manager of Rudolph Libbe Inc., a Rudolph Libbe Group company.

Landers joined Rudolph Libbe in 2015 as a co-op in the preconstruction services department before becoming a full-time associate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering technology from the University of Toledo.
