The Rudolph Libbe Group believes in giving back, improving our industry and ensuring its future. Recently, GEM Inc.'s Dan Stark, Stephanie Andrews and A.J. King gave young girls in grades 6-8 a glimpse of careers in engineering.

King scanned Nitschke Auditorium at the University of Toledo's College of Engineering and created a 3D model with theoretical renovations that the students viewed through Microsoft HoloLens glasses. The event was part of UT's "Introduce a Girl to Engineering" program held during Engineers Week.

Our associates' commitment to future generations is year-round. For example, Stark is a UT alumnus who has promoted STEM events for decades, inspiring elementary and middle school students to consider careers in engineering, construction and technology.

For nearly 30 years, he has volunteered with the Toledo Society of Professional Engineers as coordinator of the MATHCOUNTS program, which encourages middle school students to take higher level math courses.
