Joe Powell new RLG project manager

Joe Powell has been promoted to the position of project manager on Rudolph Libbe Group's Site Management team. He joined RLG in 2015 as a project engineer and has worked on numerous site management jobs in Ohio and Michigan, most recently at Austin Powder in McArthur, OH.
