
Holly Bristoll has been appointed as General Manager of GEM Service operations, Nick Baer, Vice President of GEM Service announced.
In her role, Bristoll, a former ProMedica executive and healthcare consultant, will focus on developing and implementing GEM Service’s sales and operational strategies to drive high performance and continued growth. Her background in a variety of leadership roles includes overseeing complex operations, and system strategic planning. As General Manager, she will be responsible for overseeing GEM Service operations in the NW Ohio, NE Ohio, Central Ohio, Lima Ohio and SE Michigan regional offices of The Rudolph Libbe Group.
“We are excited to leverage Holly's vast experience in leading organizations during periods of growth and development,” Baer said. “Her success in various strategic positions throughout her career will lend great expertise to build on the successful trajectory of GEM Service across our regional offices.”
Bristoll, who earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, is also active in the community and currently serves as Board Vice-Chair for the National Museum of the Great Lakes and Governance Committee member for Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity.
