Dave Erwin named Enterprise Applications Director for The Rudolph Libbe Group

Dave Erwin has been named Enterprise Applications Director in the Information Systems Department at The Rudolph Libbe Group of Companies, which serves the construction and facilities maintenance markets.

In this strategic role, Erwin will oversee the Applications Team, guiding the evolution and optimization of enterprise software solutions that support core business operations. His leadership will focus on advancing system capabilities, strengthening data governance, and implementing project delivery frameworks to ensure technology initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

“Dave brings a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking approach to enterprise systems,” said Doug Mallette, Vice President of Information Systems. “His leadership will be instrumental in enhancing how we leverage technology and data to support our construction and facilities teams in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

Erwin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.

Erwin, his wife, Nicole, and their two children reside in Temperance, Michigan.
