Rudolph Libbe Group introduces Volunteer Time Off program

Rudolph Libbe Group introduces Volunteer Time Off program

In January 2018, the Rudolph Libbe Group introduced a Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) program to RLG benefits-eligible associates. VTO allows associates to take 8 hours of paid time away from the office per year to volunteer for a registered non-profit charity or tax exempt charitable organization. Six months after the introduction of VTO, 59 RLG associates have taken advantage of the program and have committed over 288 hours of volunteer hours to their community and causes. RLG arranged several group outings including projects at the Toledo Northwest Ohio Food Bank, Toledo Botanical Gardens, Sunshine Communities, United Way, Randolph Technical High School and multiple Habitat for Humanity events.

Thank you to all of our associates who are making a difference in and out of the office! And a special thank you to the RLG Wellness Committee, Human Resources Department and Board of Advisors for making the VTO program available to associates.
