Ryan Miglets, of Avon Lake, has been promoted to account manager in the piping division at Rudolph Libbe Group’s North Ridgeville office.

Miglets joined GEM Inc. as a co-op in 2013 and accepted a full-time position with GEM in 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo.
