Headquartered in the U.K., Allermuir, part of the Senator Group, is a leading producer of contemporary office and commercial furniture. The new Allermuir U.S. headquarters, showroom, and manufacturing facility in Maumee, Ohio were constructed on a fast-track six-month schedule.

After six years of steady growth in in the U.S., Allermuir needed to meet increasing demand for its products. With no room for expansion at the original facility, Rudolph Libbe Properties helped find and evaluate multiple locations using its SiteLine program before selecting the right site, 37 acres in nearby Monclova Township.

Rudolph Libbe Group served as the design/build lead on the project.

The pre-engineered Varco Pruden metal building has been recognized with a 2016 Varco Pruden Hall of Fame award for innovation and excellence in architectural appearance and design.

We asked you to do the impossible, and you did it.
