Building a Stronger Community

Our business is building and maintaining the manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, refineries, recreational centers, and all other facilities critical to the success of our communities. But our support extends beyond the structures we work in and build.

The Rudolph Libbe Group supports a wide variety of local non-profit organizations with donations of cash, materials, and time.  Our employee benefits program includes a VTO (volunteer time off) program for eligible staff members.

  • Many organizations benefit from the expertise of RLG craftspeople and project managers, from the YMCA and Sunshine Communities to dozens of area churches and schools.
  • We endow scholarships at Bowling Green State University and The University of Toledo for students earning degrees in Architecture, Construction Management and Engineering.
  • Our co-op and School-to-Work programs provide valuable real-world experience and training for high school and college students as they prepare for careers in our profession.

We are proud to support many worthy causes and organizations that keep our communities safe, healthy, educated and entertained.
