ProMedica Brings More Care Under One Roof.

When ProMedica, a leading healthcare provider in Northwest Ohio, set out to consolidate medical offices and create a state-of-the-art Cancer Care Center in Perrysburg, they turned to Rudolph Libbe Group (RLG) as their trusted construction partner. The result: an 84,000-square-foot medical office building that delivers advanced healthcare services closer to home, completed on time and on budget despite supply chain and weather challenges.

This project featured complex design elements, including a curved steel structure, extensive glasswork, and specialized exam rooms. RLG leveraged cutting-edge construction technology: Building Information Modeling (BIM), clash detection, Matterport, and drone photography—to ensure precision and efficiency every step of the way.

Construction began in late 2021 amid pandemic-related supply chain disruptions and harsh weather. Thanks to RLG’s strong supplier relationships and subcontractor network, the team kept the project moving without compromising quality, safety, or budget.

Inside the Perrysburg Levis Medical Office Building:

• 89 exam rooms and 38 physician offices
• Suites for pediatrics, women’s health, ENT, allergy, and immunology
• Cancer Care Center offering medical oncology, chemotherapy, infusion, and radiation therapy
• Specialized spaces for a linear accelerator, CT scan, and 14 infusion rooms
• Cancer Healing Garden designed for patient comfort
