Brian Mears has been promoted to director, site management, of the Rudolph Libbe Group. Based in Walbridge, he also works closely with our Cleveland, Michigan and Lima offices.  Brian has extensive experience in construction, site maintenance, decommissioning and demolition for major automotive and industrial suppliers and their Tier-1 vendors. 

He has estimated and managed numerous projects for new and repeat customers throughout Ohio and Michigan as well as in Illinois, Virginia and Oklahoma.  

Brian specializes in projects with aggressive schedules, high volumes of man hours and safety challenges. 

His notable projects include:  

  • Fiat Chrysler Automobiles – 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and 2020 Jeep Wrangler JT Truck programs 
  • Ford – Explorer and Lincoln Aviator 2020 Body & Stamping; Mustang S550; numerous truck programs; full facility and site decommissioning; engine and transmission programs 
  • Austin Powder Red Diamond Site Maintenance
  • Honda – R&D P28 Program – Marysville, OH

Brian joined us in 2001 as a co-op, while earning his bachelor’s degree in construction engineering technology from the University of Toledo. In 2005, he joined the Rudolph Libbe Group as a project engineer.
