Rudolph Libbe Inc. is searching for an energetic professional to join our growing team as a Project Coordinator in our Walbridge, Ohio office. You will be part of the passionate and motivated Construction Operations team where you will be responsible for the completion of multiple projects across multiple disciplines of large projects.
• Assist the project team with writing contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Monitor the status of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with vendors and within our internal system.
• Ensure invoices and pay applications are received and submitted in a timely manner.
• Review and enter data into submittal logs.
• Assist the project team with gathering operations & maintenance data.
• Enter data for stone, concrete, trucking logs, and quantity reporting.
• Create and maintain Bluebeam Studio sets.
• Create and update required meeting minutes.
• Self-motivated to be organized and detail focused through the entire project process.
• Team player and a willingness to help fellow associates.
• Effectively manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with consistent and timely follow-up.
• Motivated to achieve goals and customer satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
