We are seeking a seasoned and versatile IS Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level IS initiatives across both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Director, this role will manage complex, cross-functional projects involving enterprise applications, software development, and data management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of flexing between iterative and traditional project delivery methods to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage Waterfall project phases (e.g., initiation, planning, execution, closure).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Track and report on project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including applications, development, data, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and templates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• 7+ years of experience in IS project management, including experience managing both Agile and Waterfall projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile teams or hybrid project environments.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred.
• Experience working in a matrixed or hybrid team environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data analytics tools.
• Experience in construction industry is a plus.
• Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.• 7+ years of experience in IS project management, including experience managing both Agile and Waterfall projects.
