Orazen Extruded Polymers, a Ravenna, Ohio-based manufacturer and supplier of extruded polymer products, relies on the GEM Energy HVAC service team to keep its equipment humming.  Orazen chose a Comprehensive Plus HVAC agreement that covers three pieces of equipment on the rubber extension line including the wire cutter machine used to make the die the rubber is pulled through, a process chiller and air compressor. Service visits are scheduled in the early mornings to eliminate production downtime.

Initially the company was hesitant to switch from a standard Preventive Maintenance contract to a Comprehensive Plus agreement. After making the change, Orazen realizes how much easier yearly budgeting and billing have become.

A Comp Plus agreement includes all standard Preventive and Comprehensive agreement services and covered parts with the addition of items like condenser coil replacements, evaporator coil, heat exchanger, actuators and control belts as well as non-maintainable parts such as circuit boards.

Working with the GEM Energy team has been an ideal fit...Our equipment has to be up and running or we are losing money and customers. The GEM team provides the best service and customer care in the industry! I no longer worry about getting hit with a big bill when I need a repair. I know that when I call the issue will be resolved.
