Serving the greater Perrysburg area, a new 4,000-square-foot credit union for Cornerstone Community Financial was completed at the corner of Oregon Road and State Route 795.

Rudolph Libbe was the general contractor and self-performed sitework, concretemasonry, and carpentry for the conventional wood-frame, one-story building with three drive thru lanes. The interior includes an open lobby concept, office space for staff and customers, conference room, and kiosk area.

This project was so successful that Cornerstone is looking to build another similar building for another new credit union in Ohio.

This was my first experience with Rudolph Libbe and with our main office in Michigan, I was concerned that the project would be difficult. This project was actually more organized and timely than our in-state projects. Every member of the RL team is amazing to work with, and I would highly recommend them.
